For those who may not know, July 24th is called Pioneer Day in Utah. It's our statehood day, and we often celebrate harder and longer than we do on the 4th of July! The day is filled with parades, chuck wagon breakfasts, fairs, fireworks, and lots of family time. This year I'm celebrating with a day off, since I've been busier in the last few weeks than I have all summer. Ready for a day to chill and maybe take a little nap!
To help celebrate, I'm taking it back to this session I did a few weeks ago with the lovely Shayne. St. George is such an awesome place to live and shoot - there are so many fun places, including an old gas pump, beautiful plants, and some amazing red rock. It made this shoot so fun, and we were able to mix it up with multiple outfits and some adorable props. Would you believe me if a shooting with a pineapple was on my photography bucket list?
